    Sessions run online through Kedyou, a shared whiteboard with live audio and video, so you can get help from anywhere. Nothing to commute to.

    Want to talk first, without your student in the room? Mention it in the message field and I'll set up a parent-only call.

    Anything you share on the call stays between you and me. I don't pass details to parents, advisors, or other students unless you ask me to.

The consultation call is just a conversation.

Asking for help is the hardest move a struggling student makes. The consultation is built to lower that threshold. There is no hard sell, no upgrade pitch, no pressure tactic. If you decide MCM is not the right fit, you walk away with a clearer view of your situation and (if I can offer it) a referral to someone who is. That is the whole purpose of the 30 minutes.
