Weekly coaching that builds the career behind the coursework.
Group sessions (2–5 students) are available on either entry tier at a discounted per-student rate. Standard, honors, AP, and IB high school chemistry are supported at the same per-hour rates above.
For families planning several years out, two tiers roll everything into a single relationship.
For students who want one coach across the full arc. Single-payer, multi-year support that compounds instead of resetting every semester. Best for freshmen, sophomores, and juniors with strong commitment to pursuing a professional degree and meaningful runway before applying.
Parents of high schoolers, click here →Maximum continuity. Unlimited 1-on-1 sessions, every week, for as long as you are an active student. One retainer covers the entire arc, prerequisites through professional school, with no ongoing billing.

High School Students
Dr. Wolfson works directly with high school students on General Chemistry and AP Chemistry, the same way he works with university students. Sessions are virtual on the Kedyou whiteboard. Pricing matches the rates above: individual sessions, support packages, or extended engagements depending on what fits.
For students who want broader pre-college coaching across coursework, applications, and admissions strategy, that work runs through Dr. Wolfson's affiliation with The Ivy League Challenge. The Ivy League Challenge is a comprehensive program for high-achieving high school students, and Dr. Wolfson contributes the STEM coaching and chemistry expertise side of it.
If you found MCM first, mention it when booking and you will be routed through the right side of the partnership for what you actually need.
Common Questions
Individual sessions are $120 per hour. Prepaid packages of five or more hours are $100 per hour and can be used for any service within 12 months.
The Pre-Professional Coaching Program is $2,400 per quarter, which covers a weekly session plus access between sessions. Longer engagements run deeper: The Full Journey starts at $16,000 for a 12 to 24 month arc, and VIP is a $25,000 retainer for two weekly sessions through degree completion.
Yes. Buying five or more hours up front lowers the rate from $120 to $100 per hour, and those hours apply to any service for a full year.
Most pre-professional students already spend $8,500 to $11,000 a year on fragmented help from separate tutors, test-prep, and consultants. Integrated coaching is similar in total cost with far better continuity, because one person knows your whole story year over year.
